Terms & Conditions
All products are supplied in accordance with Alsco Ltd Terms & Conditions of supply (see enclosed) and by placing an order you accept that these will take precedence over all other conditions of sale either implied or expressly referred to.
Payment
All goods must be paid for in advance prior to shipment by either credit or debit card.
Minimum order value
We do not apply any minimum restriction on the quantity or value of goods to be ordered. However, orders totalling less than £150 (Net) will be subject to a carriage charge determined by the item, quantity, overall weight and delivery location of the shipment at the time of order placement.
Delivery terms – UK Mainland
All goods available from stock for immediate shipment will be routed via our nominated carrier (parcel or pallet) on a 3-5 working day UK mainland service.
Free UK Mainland delivery on all orders totalling £150 (net) or more, a minimum admin, packaging and delivery charge of £11.95 + vat will apply to orders less than £150 (net).
Damages and returns
We operate a “no quibble” returns policy subject to section 9 of our Terms & Conditions of sale. Under certain circumstances, returns may be subject to a handling / re-stocking fee which can be determined upon request.
