All products are supplied in accordance with Alsco Ltd Terms & Conditions of supply (see enclosed) and by placing an order you accept that these will take precedence over all other conditions of sale either implied or expressly referred to.
Delivery terms – UK Mainland
England, Wales & Southern Scotland (Delivery 3-5 working days) – Free delivery on all orders totalling £150 (net) a delivery charge of £11.95 + vat will apply to orders less than £150 (net).
Northern Ireland (Delivery 3-5 working days) – Free delivery on all orders totalling £300 (net) a delivery charge of £28.00 + vat will apply to orders less than £300 (net).
Northern Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight & Isle of Man (Delivery 3-5 working days) – Free delivery on all orders totalling £300 (net) a delivery charge of £32.00 + vat will apply to orders less than £300 (net).
Express Service available for England, Wales & Southern Scotland – £15.00 + vat, delivery in 1-2 working days.
Damages and returns
We operate a “no quibble” returns policy subject to section 9 of our Terms & Conditions of sale. Under certain circumstances, returns may be subject to a handling / re-stocking fee which can be determined upon request.
